Frequently Asked Questions
๐ Is the camera scan available on mobile browsers?
Yes, the tool uses your device's camera via the browser's MediaDevices API. It works on both iOS and Android mobile browsers that support camera access.
โจ How does the auto-edge detection work?
The tool analyzes the image to find the document's boundaries (the four corners) by detecting contrast edges. It then crops and perspective-corrects the document for a clean, flat appearance.
โ Can I rearrange pages after scanning?
Currently, pages are added sequentially. If you need to reorder, download the PDF and use our Merge PDF tool to rearrange pages.
๐ Is my scanned data uploaded anywhere?
No, all scanning, processing, and PDF generation happens entirely in your browser. Your document images are never sent to any server.
