Frequently Asked Questions
đ Can I use an image as a watermark?
Currently, the tool supports text-based watermarks only. For image watermarks, you could use the Annotate PDF tool to add images, though it won’t be tiled across pages like a traditional watermark.
â Will the watermark be editable or removable?
The watermark is rendered as part of the PDF page content, similar to drawing text onto the page. It can be technically removed, but not easily without specialized PDF editing software.
đ§ Can I add watermarks to selected pages only?
The current version applies the watermark to all pages. For selective watermarking, split the PDF first, watermark the relevant pages, then merge.
⨠Is the watermark visible when printed?
Yes, the watermark is embedded into the page content and will appear both on screen and in printed output. Adjust opacity to control prominence.
